By accessing or using the Rue des Acacias website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Our abayas are either available in standard sizes listed on our website or may be custom-made to your measurements. Customers may also request color changes or alterations by including their requirements in the order notes. As many of our pieces are made to order, production and delivery may take up to two (2) weeks. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item received is defective due to a manufacturing fault. Any claim relating to a defective item must be reported within two (2) days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the defect. Items that have been worn, washed, altered after delivery, or damaged through misuse will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

All designs, photographs, logos, branding, text, and other content displayed on the Rue des Acacias website and social media platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Rue des Acacias and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse is suspected. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Rue des Acacias shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
